Job Title: Senior Business Executive/Key Account Manager

At Stryker (Beijing) Healthcare Products Co. Ltd - Chengdu Branch, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Executive/Key Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for achieving sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and increasing Stryker's presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales activities and support local marketing initiatives to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director/Business Manager to formulate sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategy, identifying market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a key account information system to support and monitor performance of dealers.
  • Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
  • Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rates.
  • Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
  • Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, and competitor information on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven record in channel management and key account management.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
