Job Summary:This role is responsible for achieving sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and increasing Stryker's presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement sales activities and support local marketing initiatives to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Director/Business Manager to formulate sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategy, identifying market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a key account information system to support and monitor performance of dealers.
- Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
- Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rates.
- Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
- Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, and competitor information on a monthly basis.
- Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area.
- At least 4 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Proven record in channel management and key account management.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
