Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional and store-level sales targets, ensuring healthy in-stock rates and stock turns.
- Retail Execution: Collaborate with customer operation teams and internal regional teams to drive planograms, visual merchandising, and campaign assets in stores.
- Assortment Management: Work with internal teams and customers to create assortment plans based on store segmentation, ensuring seamless execution at the store level.
- CRM Capability: Manage and operate membership programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- O2O Capability: Understand retail operations and possess the ability to learn about new retail concepts, driving business growth through innovative strategies.
- SA Management: Engage, enable, and empower sales assistants to achieve store-level sales targets through collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a successful retail business in MNC companies.
- Strong experience in retail management and key account management.
- Excellent communication skills to align targets and drive delivery with customer HQ and regional teams.
- Strong business sense with critical thinking and accountability.
- Open-minded, reciprocal, and able to navigate diverse partners across cultures and functions, facing changes and challenges with ease.
- Willingness to travel nationally, especially during peak periods.
- Self-driven with a creative attitude and a focus on making the work environment fun and engaging for partners and employees.
