Mission

  • Develop and nurture strong high-level relationships with key customers and EPCs to drive sales growth and project success.
  • Lead the pursuit of assigned key accounts and EPCs, collaborating with regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and increase project win rates.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to add value and increase sales revenue.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales and team contribution tasks.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Collect and update key customer and EPC profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to inform sales strategies.
  • Coordinate promotional events and activities to engage with key customers and EPCs.
  • Arrange high-level customer meetings to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Streamline EPC project information and coordinate across regional sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop and share long-term key account development strategies with regional sales teams and COC.

Others

  • Adhere to Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions, and Procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay aware of local quality systems and ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and coaching to subordinates to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Define and communicate clear work procedures and instructions to subordinates.
  • Establish and explain clear competency and performance standards to subordinates, evaluating their performance and providing constructive feedback when necessary.

Job Requirement 岗位要求:

Education and Experience

  • Rich knowledge of Online Gas Chromatography products or competitors' products.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the petrochemical or coal chemical industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and key account development-related functions.
  • Strong sales sense and willingness to develop business.
  • Strong implementation capacity to reach sales targets.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Quick learner with good business sense.
