Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing Stryker's presence in the market through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director to formulate sales strategies and identify market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain a strong network of relationships with business partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a key account information system to support and monitor dealer performance.
  • Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
  • Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rates.
  • Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
  • Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, and competitor information on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven record in channel management and key account management.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
