Strategic Key Account Development Manager

The Global Key Account Manager at Kuehne+Nagel is a key role that requires a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, and customer success, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including regular communication and strategic planning
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering and bids
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
