MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Provide sales reports and insights to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
