Job Title: Key Account Supervisor-JD

Job Description:

As a Key Account Supervisor at Unilever, you will play a crucial role in achieving business goals for JD-Ice Cream. Your primary objective will be to sustainably deliver sales targets while maintaining a healthy financial picture and channel price.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, Demand Planning, and Forecasting (FCST) to ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.

• Collaborate with customers to negotiate resources for activity landing, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

• Own channel promotion costs and margin to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L, driving business growth and profitability.

• Communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure demand planning, daily operations, and marketing support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, or trade marketing, with a strong background in customer management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
