Key Responsibilities- Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional and store-level sales targets, including sell-in, sell-out, and stock management.
- Retail Execution: Ensure planograms, visual merchandising, and campaign assets are effectively implemented in stores through close collaboration with customer operation teams and internal regional teams.
- Assortment Management: Work with internal functions and customers to develop assortment plans based on store segmentation and ensure their implementation at the store level with customer support.
- CRM Capability: Manage and operate membership programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- O2O Capability: Understand retail operations and management, and possess the ability to learn about new retail concepts.
- SA Management: Engage, enable, and empower sales assistants to achieve store-level sales targets through collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- 5+ years of experience in a successful retail business in MNC companies.
- Strong experience in retail management and key account management.
- Strong communication skills to align targets and drive delivery with customer HQ and regional teams.
- Strong business sense with critical thinking and accountability.
- Open-minded, reciprocal, and able to navigate diverse partners across cultures and functions, with a willingness to face changes and challenges.
- Ability to travel nationally, especially during peak periods.
