Sales and Account Development Manager
Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing account plans, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively cultivate relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and develop solutions to drive growth and revenue.
- Account Management: Develop and execute account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure timely delivery of sales and customer engagement goals.
- Sales Excellence: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales forecasting, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
