We are seeking an experienced Growth Partnership Manager to join our team at Unity, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for key strategic gaming accounts.

About the Opportunity

The gaming industry has evolved from a retail model to games as a live service, and Unity plays a vital role in helping developers successfully acquire, engage, and monetize their users. As a Growth Partnership Manager, you will leverage our advertising and monetization platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through data analytics and strategic insight.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Unity's clients, building strong relationships and setting up growth & up-sell strategies. You will also integrate new advertisers, and work with internal and external parties to ensure that technical and performance-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with publishers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve business growth targets by becoming an expert on Unity solutions for businesses and adapting changes quickly to suit varying client needs.
  • Build strategic partnerships, maximizing business opportunities for all clients.
  • Analyze data, trends, and account performance, and develop account plans for clients to support their business success.
  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of our products, strategies, and services.

About You

We are looking for a self-directed, motivated, and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities who can adapt to a fast-changing market and rapidly growing company. You should have a deep understanding and rich experience in mobile advertising/game publishing/E-commerce/internet industry, with experience in developing and pitching solutions over the telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings to clients.

You will be comfortable working with details in data-driven environments and being responsible for accuracy. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint or Google Deck would be an advantage.
