Job Description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Global Human Resources Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our overall business objectives. Your expertise will help bridge management and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and ensures legal compliance.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an open and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.
  • Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication within a diverse workplace.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to understand and balance the needs of both employees and the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels within the organization.
