Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing human resources support to our front-line employees, including developing annual workforce plans and managing related recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage front-line technical employees, including those in packaging and manufacturing roles
- Manage office external staff and intern recruitment activities
- Oversee labor dispatch and external service provider management, ensuring high-quality field management and exploring diverse external service options
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including I-Tech project design, implementation, tracking, and evaluation
- Manage employee lifecycles, including onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and probationary periods
- As the head of the Organization Pillar- Onboarding and Early Development Subsystem, optimize and promote standardized work processes, facilitating new hire integration and skill enhancement
- As the New Hire Onboarding Training Management Head, collaborate with Education and Training Pillar to optimize onboarding effectiveness and prepare materials for audits
- As a member of the Organization Pillar- Information and Communication Subsystem, assist in building an information and communication system, coordinating various activities, such as employee meetings, annual events, and social media operations
- As a member of the Training and Development Pillar- Training Plan Subsystem, coordinate departmental training plans and supervise their execution
- Manage human resources digital system main data, including employee basic information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong data analysis, presentation design, and event organization skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Adaptability, openness to change, and strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with Beijing's human resources market and diverse recruitment channels
- Fluent English and data analysis skills
