HR Data & Reporting

Ensure high-quality HR personnel data input and maintenance, and provide regular HR reporting, including recruitment and HR metrics.

Talent Acquisition

Lead full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, promoting positive employer branding, and developing diversified sourcing channels.

Culture & Engagement

Support the development and maintenance of a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement activities, open-door policy, and timely issue resolution.

Employee Development

Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, optimize onboarding training materials, and implement various training programs and learning activities.
