About The Role

  • Establish long-term relationships with key clients, including private channels, group-type key clients, and strategic partners in the region.
  • Develop high-potential key clients in the region, drive the creation of cooperation platforms, design cooperation frameworks, and execute them.
  • Achieve sales targets, profit targets, market share targets, and growth targets for the region's private channels.
  • Design and execute regional KA activities.
  • Closely collaborate with the corresponding market team and sales team to manage and serve key clients in the region.
  • Promote and uphold the company's core values, and comply with regulatory, financial, and other corporate policies.

The Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing private channel medical key clients, or 2 years of experience in sales management, product management, or KA experience.
  • Familiarity with the daily work content and related decision-making processes of private channel key clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understanding of private channel key client contract design and execution.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the medical field, and keeping up-to-date.
  • Understanding of key information related to clinical diseases and medications.
  • Rich experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical market, self-paid medical care, or fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Understanding of the non-public channel market (required).
  • Understanding of regional business and market, and familiarity with key clients in the region.
  • Priority given to experience in managing private channel key clients.
  • Priority given to experience in self-paid drugs and injectable drugs.
