About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the effective management of all aspects under IATA's FSDS agenda. This includes ensuring adequate intelligence gathering for IATA Settlement System (ISS) customer requirements and leading the regional delivery of FSDS Transformation endeavors and FSDS products portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support Country Managers in delivering FSDS priorities.
  • Guarantee ISS operations management, including Billing, Settlement, and Payment-BSP and Cargo Accounts Settlement System-CASS.
  • Manage external stakeholders' relationships across passenger and cargo value chains.
  • Deliver FSDS regional targets and priorities against global FSDS and IATA Board targets.
  • Recommend enhancements to ISS based on market needs.
  • Provide senior FSDS management with financial analysis and information for business decisions and long-term strategies.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with:

  • A University degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in aviation, financing, and banking, or Fintech, with at least 8 years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and leadership, driving virtual teams to perform.
  • Proven team player skills with excellent communication, presentation skills in English, and other languages an advantage.
