About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Key Account Manager to join our team in Hangzhou. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, including private hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with high-potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives
  • Design and execute KA activities to drive business growth
  • Collaborate closely with market and sales teams to manage key client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Embody and promote Novo Nordisk's core values, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in private key account management or sales management
  • Strong understanding of private key account management and key decision-maker processes
  • Familiarity with private key account contracts and execution
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of clinical disease and pharmaceutical information
  • Experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical market, self-pay healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods
  • Understanding of non-public channel markets
  • Knowledge of regional business and market trends, as well as key clients
