Private Client Relationship Manager

At Edrington, we're dedicated to crafting exceptional ultra-premium spirit brands that leave a lasting impression. As a Private Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our highly respected and privileged clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Amplify the brand message through high-touch, face-to-face engagements with private clients, providing them with an experiential journey with our prestigious products.
- Operate as part of the local marketing team, delivering brand-building relationships with private clients and driving the HNWI recruitment strategy.
- Organize corporate and partner events, working closely with the Head of PCRM and brand managers to create unforgettable experiences.
- Manage the full range of brand assets to enhance each private client's brand experience, from communication and prestige product management to access to brand experts and selected experiential opportunities.
- Meet assigned targets for engagement, response rate, and consumer recommendation & advocacy, while capturing behavioural data and individual intelligence under global and local consumer data protection legislation.
Requirements
- Working experience in beverages, hospitality, or luxury marketing/retail is preferred.
- A deep appreciation for the finer things in life and an understanding of our private clients' world.
- Highly personable, strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work as an individual contributor in a high-pressure environment and willing to take on challenges.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin; fluency in English is a plus.
