About The Position

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including private channel and corporate strategic partners in the region.
  • Identify and develop high-potential key clients in the region, driving the creation of collaboration platforms, designing cooperation frameworks, and executing them.
  • Meet the private channel sales, profit, market share, and growth targets for the region.
  • Design and execute KA activities in the region.
  • Work closely with the market and sales teams to manage private channel key clients in the region and serve patients.
  • Adhere to and promote the company's core values, and comply with all relevant corporate policies, including regulatory and financial ones.

The requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private channel key client management, or 2 years in sales management, product management, or KA.
  • Familiarity with the daily work content and decision-making processes of private channel key clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understanding of private channel key client contract design and execution.
  • Familiarity with relevant medical regulations and policies, and ability to keep up with changes.
  • Knowledge of key information related to clinical diseases and medications.
  • Rich experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical market, self-pay healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG);
  • Familiarity with the non-public channel market (required);
  • Understanding of regional business and market, and familiarity with key clients in the region;
  • Private channel key client management experience is preferred;
  • Self-pay drug and injection drug experience is preferred.
