Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the private wealth spectrum, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families to business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Our comprehensive products and services include bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking. We strive to meet our customers' unique needs by offering tailored solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Regional People Experience Development Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring the execution of Employee Value Proposition in the region
- Improving overall staff experience through regular staff talks with key roles like Relationship Managers, Compliance Officers, and others
- Organizing regular staff engagement activities
- Delivering the HSBC culture within the organization
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Certifications, Qualifications & Experience- Achieving required professional and regulatory qualifications as per market standards
- Attaining any internal standards as required by country
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of working experience in related areas or progressive services and retail sales experience
- Professional qualifications relevant to the market
- Strong communication skills or equivalent experience
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and client relationship management systems
- Understanding of business banking client segments and products and services
- Local regulatory and license requirements - valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualification as required by HBCN
- Clear view on working with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control to ensure balanced risk operating environment
- Ability to communicate well in English and local languages
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $90,000-$120,000 based on location and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
