Job Summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Beijing region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and negotiations.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Beijing region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and other influencers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. business, finance, economics)
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on business development, sales, or marketing
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
