About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ruminant Business Development Manager to join our team in this exciting role. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing customer relationships across our region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers to enhance their experience and loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the animal feed and additive industry, with a focus on ruminant nutrition
- Strong knowledge of ruminant nutrition formulation and ability to provide technical solutions to customers
- Excellent business development and management skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including performance-based bonuses, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
