$120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving business goals and delivering sales targets for JD-Ice Cream.
You will manage monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, demand planning, and forecasted sales data. You will also work closely with customers to negotiate resources and deliver business results.
Additionally, you will own channel promotion costs and margin optimization, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and accretive online profit and loss (P&L) performance.
You will communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams to support demand planning, daily operations, and marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- eCommerce experience, preferably in sales or trade marketing
- A strong customer management background and skillset, including interfacing with professional businesses like JD Self-owned
- Experience with large-scale campaigns, such as Super Brand Day/PlusDay/Super NPD Day
- Quick learning skills and excellent communication abilities, with a ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
