Job Summary

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Takeda, you will be responsible for establishing business operation and portfolio development strategies in line with BU and Takeda China strategies. You will monitor the performance of responsible products against these goals and lead on the development of Strategic Business Plans for responsible products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business operation and portfolio development strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve P&L and other strategic business objectives.
  • Drive the execution of aligned winning strategic sales plans to capture business opportunities and ensure effective manpower resource allocation.
  • Strengthen commercial business management by developing efficient and effective internal systems, programs, and tools.
  • Actively coach and partner with direct reports to build and implement their development plans.
  • Ensure efficient and effective cross-functional collaboration, coordination, and communication to facilitate business growth.
