About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Specialist at SAP, you will be responsible for developing high-trust relationships with our key customers. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, retention, and relationship health through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer success and adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and customer success planning to ensure customer value realization
  • Establish strong relationships with customers as trusted advisors and drive customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects to drive business outcomes
  • Maintain accurate data and records to ensure a clean book of business
  • Act as a client advocate and voice of reason across internal teams


Requirements


  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer engagement with a proven track record in establishing and growing customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and ability to drive customer adoption and value realization
  • Proven ability to exceed retention and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive a value-based conversation with customers
  • Fluency in English and ability to work in an English-speaking environment
