Your Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales in global and regional key accounts of Dietary Supplements segment. This includes developing account sales strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities with top clients, developing new business opportunities, satisfying customers, and understanding competition.

You'll work closely with marketing teams to generate marketing tools supporting new business growth and pipelines in Dietary Supplements market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating company objectives into well-executed account plans to exceed expectations.
  • Ensuring goals for revenue, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
  • Growing business with a focus on Microbiome, Fiber, Flavors, Compounds, and relative ingredients and solution systems.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work out product concepts and present them to customers, collaborate with technical and marketing teams on new product development, establish and maintain good customer relationships, satisfy customers' needs, and troubleshoot customer issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in microbiome science, microbiology, dietary supplements, or related fields.
  • A track record of commercial results, successfully growing businesses in the dietary supplement segment.

You should also possess excellent communication skills, training in sales or business administration is a plus, and experience in multinational companies or handling big accounts is advantageous.
