Life Science Sales Strategist

Job Title: Life Science Sales Strategist
Oxford Instruments Plc is seeking an experienced Life Science Sales Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our research and systems business in China.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the implementation of the research and systems sales strategy in line with business plans.
- Organize and lead in marketing seminars, workshops, and activities to VIP customers at regional institutions.
- Develop and expand the research and systems direct and reseller network to ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
- Provide high-level market and competitive information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Provide formal weekly and monthly reports on territories with accurate accounts of regional booking status and forecast.
- Liaise with the broader sales management team to ensure efficiency of regional operations and coherence of global operations.
- Travel as required across China and to the UK to build key business partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree majored in biology-related subjects.
- Understanding of relevant scientific applications.
- Understanding of relevant technologies.
- Proven successful experience leading project-based cases to sell high-value products and systematic portfolios.
- Significant experience in designing channel infrastructure both direct and via distributors across China markets.
- Demonstrated ability in selling to end-user customer bases (LS and clinical research/scientific communities).
