About the Role
ADM is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the Dietary Supplements segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support business growth.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Dietary Supplements market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
