Global Sales Performance Strategist

Purpose:
Drive sales performance through effective communication, training, and process improvement, leveraging data analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Development, Project Leaders, and other team members to deliver high-quality presentation support for strategic opportunities.
• Assist in creating customer-focused bid defense presentations with clear, consistent messaging and visuals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the Global Sales Organization, monitoring high-value opportunities and providing proactive support.
• Provide frequent onsite support for bid defense teams, including message development, slide design, and leadership of breakout groups.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for specified market segments, R&D bid defense support, and targeted accounts.
• Analyze internal and external data to develop business insights, implications, and recommendations for action.
• Maintain a working knowledge of R&D business, recommending and leveraging existing work into bid defense presentations.
• Manage CRM analytics for bid defense support and interface with external agencies to execute agreed-upon plans and programs.
• Continuously monitor and analyze business performance to recommend and implement plan modifications as needed.
Requirements:
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with expertise in PowerPoint and ability to implement design and messaging feedback quickly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner well and gain alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Intelligence, curiosity, and a self-starter mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Flexibility, integrity, and tenacity, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with SalesForce.com and video creation/production a plus, with strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, with a solid understanding of R&D business and pharmaceutical, CRO, or related experience/knowledge.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required, with at least 7 years of relevant marketing, sales, or design experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
