Corporate Finance Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate finance initiatives. This role will be based in Beijing, working closely with our portfolio company to drive strategic planning and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for investment projects and corporate development initiatives
  • Collaborate with external parties to achieve strategic financing targets and optimize resource allocation
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in investment banking or related roles, preferably in the TMT sector
  • Proven track record in HK IPO projects and experience working with China SOE is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Native in Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Based in Beijing, or willing to relocate to Beijing
