Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Specialist to join our team at Fluke. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned areas by collaborating with sales managers, marketing, application teams, and channel partners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our cutting-edge infrared products and contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue targets set per segment or product. You will be tasked with developing new customer bases, generating leads through multiple vehicles and marketing events, and exploiting business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in assigned areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, product delivery, application training, installation, and debugging for customers
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Major in science and engineering (electronic/automation/mechatronic/materials) or equivalent prior work experience with infrared temperature products, acoustic imagers, photoelectric sensors, automation, semiconductors, metallurgy, glass, or furnaces preferred
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related fields required
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips
  • Tenacious, charismatic, competitive, and eager to succeed
