Senior Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to drive our China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering results, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning/Analysis: Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance, provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Leadership: Manage all aspects of the client relationship, define success criteria, and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- Business Development: Identify key business opportunities, manage toward a growth plan, and implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
