Job Description

Overview

This role is to manage education, healthcare, government, and SOE business in South China in the Public sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales coaching and training to sales teams to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business and technology needs and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to drive optimizations and new business and technology solutions based on customer's strategies.
  • Present solutions and ideas based on customer insights.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, and account management in the industry.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field and 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and account management in the industry.
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration and 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, and account management in the industry.
