About the Role

Valmet is seeking an experienced Senior Petrochemical Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong high-level relationships with key SINOPEC/CNPC group customers and subordinate EPC companies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the petrochemical industry.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to pursue assigned key accounts and projects, ensuring successful project implementation and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase involved project win rates and sales revenue.
  • Fulfill sales and team contribution tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Rich knowledge of Online Gas Chromatography products or competitors' products.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the petrochemical industry, with at least 5 years in sales and key account development related functions.
  • Strong sales sense and willingness to develop business.
  • Ability to reach sales targets through effective execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Good English language skills (mid level) in both oral and written communication.
  • Frequent travel required.

Additional Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
