About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Professional to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the preparation of quotations by gathering necessary information and calculations;
  • Providing first-level support for sales-related inbound customer inquiries;
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS AS NEEDED;
  • COORDINATING INTERNAL INQUIRIES AND ACTING AS A INTERFACE BETWEEN FIELD/INSIDE SALES AND OTHER DEPTS (OPERATIONS OR SERVICE FUNCTIONS);
  • SUPPORTING FIELD/INSIDE SALES STAFF WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (OFFICE MANAGEMENT), SCHEDULING MEETINGS WITH CUSTOMERS, ANALYZING DATA, CONDUCTING RESEARCH, CREATING REPORTS;
  • SCHEDULING CUSTOMER MEETINGS FOR FIELD SALES STAFF INCL. TRAVEL BOOKINGS;
  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT IN SALES CAMPAIGNS, TRADE FAIRS / CUSTOMER EVENTS.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related background (preferred);
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience;
  • Good English knowledge;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Working experience in the medical device field (preferred).

Salary

This is a competitive salary role, estimated at $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
