Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

Bayer, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative products to key customers and building strong relationships with medical experts in the field.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed individual sales targets through scientific product promotion. This will involve sustaining regular contact with customers, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, and delivering high-quality services to build trust and loyalty.
You will also be responsible for organizing scientific lectures, preparing speaker contracts, and facilitating roundtable meetings to foster scientific discussions among key experts. Additionally, you will assist the Marketing Department in promoting regional meetings and complete bidding procedures, ensuring alignment with Bayer's LIFE values and compliance guidelines.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a University degree in Medicine and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. You must have a deep understanding of our products, market trends, and customer base. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business skills are essential, as well as the ability to establish strong relationships with medical experts.
A bachelor's degree or above and a minimum of 3 years of work experience will result in higher salary expectations. Estimated salary $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on location and qualifications.
