Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Beijing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to key customers and building strong relationships with medical experts in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by promoting our products to key customers through scientific product promotion.
  • Sustain regular contact with customers to build superior relationships and meet their expectations.
  • Organize scientific lectures and prepare speaker contracts to support product promotion.
  • Facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area through roundtable meetings.
  • Assist the Marketing Department in promoting regional meetings and assist the supervisor in completing bidding procedures and health services.
  • Provide accurate market information feedback and update various databases, including daily documentation of activities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree and above in Medicine or related field.
  • One year (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base.
  • Good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive.
  • Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in the medical field.
  • Good innovation and development capacity.
  • Customer-orientation.
  • Good ability of self-motivation.
  • Speech skills, good coordination, and organization skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ¥150,000 - ¥200,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
