Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets through scientific product promotion to key customers
  • Act to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact and demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge
  • Organize scientific lectures and prepare speaker contracts
  • Organize roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area
  • Assist the Marketing Department to promote the organization of regional meetings and assist the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health services
  • Provide accurate market information feedback and updates information in various databases
  • Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives
  • Ensure individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and other company regulations

Requirements

  • University degree and above, major in Medicine
  • One year (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base
  • Good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive
  • Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in medical field
  • Good innovation and development capacity
  • Customer-orientation
  • Good ability of self-motivation
  • Speech skills, good coordination, and organization skills
