Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Beijing. As a Medical Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to key customers, building strong relationships with medical experts, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets through scientific product promotion to key customers
  • Sustain regular contact with customers, demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge, and deliver scientific services to build superior relationships
  • Organize scientific lectures and prepare speaker contracts
  • Organize roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts
  • Assist the Marketing Department in promoting regional meetings and assisting supervisors in completing bidding procedures and health services
  • Provide accurate market information feedback and update information in various databases, including CRM system documentation
  • Participate in special projects, such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives
  • Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and company regulations

Requirements

  • University degree or higher in Medicine
  • One year of working experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Knowledge of products, market, and customer base
  • Good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts
  • Good innovation and development capacity
  • Customer-orientation
  • Good self-motivation ability
  • Speech skills, good coordination, and organization skills
