About the Role

We're seeking a talented Medical Representative - Gynecology to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets through scientific product promotion to key customers.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Act to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge, and delivering scientific services to build superior relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Organize Scientific Lectures: Organize scientific lectures and prepare speaker contracts to promote our products and services.
  • Facilitate Scientific Discussions: Organize roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist the Marketing Department to promote the organization of regional meetings and assist the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health services.
  • Provide Market Information: Provide accurate market information feedback and update information in various databases, including the daily documentation of activities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in Special Projects: Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
  • Align with Company Values: Ensure individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and other company regulations.

Requirements

  • University Degree: University degree and above, major in Medicine.
  • Working Experience: One year (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base.
  • Business Sensitivity: Good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in the medical field.
  • Innovation: Good innovation and development capacity.
  • Customer Orientation: Customer-orientation.
  • Self-Motivation: Good ability of self-motivation.
  • Public Speaking: Speech skills, good coordination, and organization skills.
