About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in promoting our innovative products and services to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, staying up-to-date on their needs and preferences.
  • Promote our products through educational presentations, product demonstrations, and other engaging activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on customer needs, market conditions, and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as a solid understanding of disease states and treatment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales software, and other tools used in the pharmaceutical industry.
