Women's Health Pharmaceutical Representative-Beijing
Your Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective scientific product promotion to key customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging product knowledge and scientific expertise to meet their evolving needs and preferences.
- Organize and participate in scientific lectures, roundtable meetings, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among key stakeholders.
- Assist the Marketing Department in promoting regional meetings and contribute to the development of bidding procedures and health services.
- Provide timely and accurate market information feedback, updating various databases and ensuring seamless documentation in the CRM system.
- Participate in special projects, such as major promotions, new product launches, and innovative marketing initiatives, driving business success and growth.
- Ensure alignment with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and company regulations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For
- University degree and above, major in Medicine, with a strong foundation in scientific principles and research methods.
- 1-2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the market and customer base.
- Exceptional business acumen, learning ability, and sales skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and resilience.
- Customer-orientation, with a passion for understanding customer needs and preferences, and a drive to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Good innovation and development capacity, with a willingness to take calculated risks and explore new opportunities for growth and improvement.
