Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Fluke. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales revenue in assigned areas and segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales managers, marketing teams, and channel partners
  • Conduct regular client visits and promote products and services with solution selling
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, product delivery, application training, installation, and debugging for customers
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Major in science and engineering (electronic/automation/mechatronic/materials) or equivalent prior work experience with infrared temperature products, acoustic imager, photoelectric sensor, automation, semiconductor, metallurgy, glass, or furnace
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field required
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips
  • Tenacious, charismatic, competitive, and eager to succeed
