Global Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

As an individual contributor, you will work under limited supervision and apply subject matter expertise to meet specific needs or requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
Main Responsibilities- Promote and/or sell Abbott's products across multiple channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and/or distributors.
- Ensure daily visits: 4.5 days of normal visiting time per week, with a minimum of 12 face-to-face visits per day, covering A and B-level clients correctly and at regular intervals.
- Conduct VIP visits: at least once a month to top hospitals in your area, meeting with administrators, pharmacy directors, pharmacy committees, and key department heads to gain maximum support.
- Host product introduction meetings: weekly sessions to expand doctors' understanding of our products.
- Performance development: plan and track progress for your assigned region at the beginning of each month, aiming to achieve set targets.
- Region management: efficiently manage client information for your assigned hospitals, updating regularly to grow business in your area.
- Financial management: submit market activity expense requests based on allocated budget, ensuring timely submission of DM within three weeks after expenditure.
- Product management: develop monthly plans for product growth, focusing on new products according to company strategy and regional specifics.
- Product knowledge: participate in weekly product training sessions and periodic exams, with exam results influencing performance assessments.
- Business skills: effectively use acquired skills during fieldwork, enhancing visiting efficiency.
- Working hours: spend 8 hours per day on effective visits within your designated region. Maintain phone availability from 08:00 to 22:00 for both company and client contact.
- Educational requirement: Associate Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year required.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
