Takeda Beijing Sales Support Specialist

At Takeda, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant to the BU Head in our Beijing office.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the BU Head in driving sales growth and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BU Head in developing and executing sales forecasts and market trend analyses.
  • Coordinate and organize annual and quarterly sales meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the BU Head and various departments, including Sales & Marketing, HR, and Finance.
  • Arrange business travel, book flights, hotels, and restaurants for the BU Head, demonstrating attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by department responsibility, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Administrative Management, or Sales & Marketing; relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing or administrative management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Proficiency in using computer office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Conscientiousness and a willingness to accept challenges and work under pressure.

Estimated Salary Range:

RMB 200,000 - RMB 300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
