Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Manager, Team Lead at Kpler, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in China. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base in the region.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the China Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage a growing team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Kpler remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Chinese market, with the ability to navigate its complexities and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management and building high-level partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
