Your Future Role

  • Work in close collaboration with the Head of Sales for China to devise and implement tactical objectives, ensuring adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Lead and develop a growing team alongside the Head of Sales for China, fostering an environment of collaboration, sharing best practices, and mutual support.
  • Oversee team productivity and effectiveness, partnering with the Head of Sales for China to monitor analytics and establish processes that ensure accurate and timely sales activities.
  • Identify key market opportunities and stay informed on emerging trends and industry factors, including competitors, regulations, and pricing.
  • Engage with various teams (Marketing, Product Specialists, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Facilitate the translation of client needs into actionable insights for the Product team to refine the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales for China and management to align on the overarching sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in a sales leadership capacity, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams while achieving individual sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the Chinese market, with the ability to navigate its complexities and seize opportunities.
  • Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders and cultivating high-level partnerships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and inspiring a diverse team.
  • Willingness to travel and represent Kpler at industry events.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
