Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our Instrument Sales team. This role will be responsible for implementing daily operational requests and business support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and other functional teams to implement business-related processes and support daily business operations.
  • Support the agreement process with channel partners and execute related channel processes.
  • Communicate effectively with channel partners to handle their daily requests and optimize business processes to improve working efficiency.
  • Assist in generating business reports and track sales team revenue and booking pacing.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales operations, channel support, business administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with contract terms, conditions, logistics, and business principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
