About the Role

The Campaign Team Coordinator is a dynamic and media-focused role that also provides administrative support to the wider Campaign Servicing team at Lewis. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, working efficiently under deadlines and proactively pursuing objectives.

We are seeking an individual with excellent written skills in English and local languages, as well as attention to detail and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in current affairs and news agenda, with calmness under pressure and the ability to achieve tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with client account management and projects, helping to establish Lewis as a valuable long-term partner for marketing and communications services.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, including meetings and reviews, adhering to deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Support the new business process by providing research and coordination.
  • Coordinate press tours, events, and review programs.
Media Relations
  • Understand and follow the news agenda, positioning clients and products within context.
  • Research and identify relevant journalists, bloggers, and analysts on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop media relationships for self and on behalf of the team.
  • Monitor relevant news sources and alert the team to breaking news opportunities.
  • Develop strong news angles and escalate them to senior team members.
  • Organize and coordinate media interviews and press briefings.
Content Creation
  • Draft various written materials, including biographies, briefing documents, media alerts, soundbites, Q&As, backgrounders, and boilerplates.
  • Create compelling content for traditional and digital media.
  • Develop valuable briefing sheets to assist clients with press communications.
Digital and Social Media
  • Expand your network and develop media relationships through social media platforms.
  • Provide social media insights and execute related digital activity.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive training program.

The estimated annual salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the required skills and qualifications, job responsibilities, and location.
