About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. As part of our Food and Beverage team, this role will report to the Director of Food and Beverage. Responsibilities:
- Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes.
- Maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management members of the Food & Beverage Division; coordinate, set and confirm interviews and appointments.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assist in completing special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies.
Requirements:
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
- Good communication skill & Intermediate English ability.
- Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
- Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
