Job Description: Senior Office Manager, ChinaThis role is responsible for providing overall administrative assistance and support to the day-to-day operations of our China office. The successful candidate will manage the office administration system, including procurement orders, stock control, office equipment specifications, replenishment, and forecasting. They will also maintain office supplies and equipment, ensure that all necessary items are stocked and in working order, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the company gets the best value.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of office administrative experience, preferably in an international company. Experience supporting Finance and Corporate Services Teams is preferred. Proactive and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and develop rapport with management and maintain strong working relationships are essential skills for this role.
Responsibilities:- Manage the office administration system, including procurement orders, stock control, office equipment specifications, replenishment, and forecasting.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in working order.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the company gets the best value.
- Provide support to the Asia Finance Team, including receiving and processing invoices/purchase orders/fapiaos and other financial documents promptly and accurately.
- Liaise closely with the Asia Finance Control team based in the Singapore Office, including preparing weekly cash flow reports.
- Monitor bank account activities for the Beijing office, making online banking payments to suppliers, and attending to in-person banking matters.
- A competitive salary of CNY 250,000 - CNY 350,000 per annum.
